Work one-on-one with a trained, licensed, and caring professional in a safe and confidential environment.

During counseling, I will ask questions and listen to get to know both the real you and what you want most. Together, we will uncover the truth behind why things are the way they are, how they got to be this way, and how you’d like them to be different. All along your transformational journey, you will have a committed, caring collaborator by your side.

With an understanding of the importance of our therapeutic relationship, we can work together to identify your goals and provide a safe space for processing challenging emotions. You will be supported as you enhance self-awareness and incorporate effective tools into your everyday life.

At this time all counseling services are being conducted virtually, using online methods. I am licensed in the state of California, so you must be a California resident to work with me, even if it is tele-health counseling.
